Individual therapy, online
$165 per 50-minute session
For people located anywhere in Florida, New York, and Indiana.
Below are options for payment you can consider:
Self-pay/out-of-pocket: This supports us in doing what’s best for your needs, rather than what your insurance company dictates. Benefits of self-pay for therapy include scheduling appointments at the frequency that is right for you, no session limits, no risk of losing coverage, and avoiding insurers’ requirements to assign a diagnosis as well as avoiding their requests for session notes that become part of your permanent healthcare records and can weaken confidentiality.
Out-of-network (OON)*: I can provide “superbills” that you can submit to your insurance/FSA/HSA when seeking out-of-network reimbursement, or you can use my claim submission service, Mentaya, to take care of that for you. Please note, OON reimbursement requires a covered diagnosis to be identified for the insurer’s records, and insurers will still have the right to request your session records.

Online assessment for Autism and ADHD
Fee Structure
I offer three packages to help you get your particular needs met. For each, you can decide whether you want to explore Autism, ADHD, or both. Fees begin at $450.
”Clarity” Package
Just enough to get on the right track
ADHD $450 - Autism $650 - both $1,000
ADHD assessment includes:
Self-report online questionnaires (ASRS, WURS-25, ESQ-R, MAIA-2, DERS)
DIVA-5 interview (apx. 2 hours) - an affirming interview appropriate for adults
Autism assessment includes:
Self-report online questionnaires (CAT-Q, RAADS-R, AQ, CATI, MAIA-2, DERS)
MIGDAS-2 interview (apx. 3 hours) - an affirming interview appropriate for adults
After the assessment, you will receive:
Scores and an interpretive report for each self-report assessment
A letter stating the diagnostic results
A resource list
A follow-up appointment (50 minutes) to discuss your results and implications.
”Access” Package
Identifying accommodations for at home, work, and school
ADHD $850 - Autism $1,050 - both $1,400
Includes everything in the Clarity Package above, plus:
An additional hour of interviewing to support extended documentation (below)
Sensory profile report from a self-report questionnaire (SPM-2)
Sensory needs and strategies session (1 hour)
Detailed diagnosis confirmation letter that lists which diagnostic criteria are met
List of recommended accommodations for work or school based on your needs
List of resources based on your needs
Bonus: digital copy of a Neurodivergent Insights digital workbook/toolkit relevant to your needs
”Wellness” Package
Tailored tools to help you thrive
ADHD $1,100 - Autism $1,300 - both $1,650
Includes everything in both the Clarity and Access Packages above, plus:
Comprehensive visual profile of your strengths and traits (Neurodivergent Strengths and Traits Inventory)
A 1-hour appointment to prioritize challenges and clarify goals (Integrated Wellbeing Goals Assessment)
Corresponding list of specific therapeutic suggestions to share with a clinician or to guide and track your own progress
Extended diagnostic confirmation letter with examples of how criteria are met
Extended accommodation recommendations for work or school with additional advocacy based on your needs (e.g., education for employers/educators on the effects of masking, dynamic disability, etc.)
Bonus: digital copies of multiple Neurodivergent Insights digital workbooks/toolkits relevant to your needs
Additional Services
For any package, a second 50-minute follow-up processing session can be booked for an additional $165, if desired. This may be to discuss your feelings after receiving results, or to learn more about how to apply this new information (for example, ND-specific strategies for in healthcare settings, or following up about sensory care implementation).
In complex cases or if assessing for/ruling out additional diagnoses at your request, additional interviewing may be needed and will be billed at a rate of $25 per quarter-hour. Relevant conclusions will be included in the diagnostic letter.
If you would like services that are not listed here—such as collateral interviews, document/record review, exploring other diagnoses based on clinical complexity, and creating other documentation—those can be provided at a rate of $200/hour, prorated by the quarter-hour.
About Payment & Insurance
These services are self-pay only. A $250 deposit is required to secure the appointment and initiate the assessment process.
To use out-of-network insurance, after payment has been made, I can provide a superbill that you can submit with an insurance claim to seek reimbursement. For a 5% fee, my claim filing service can do this for you, and they can also check your coverage and fight denials on claims you had them submit.
Not all Insurance plans will cover diagnostic assessments and some may reimburse only for certain parts of the assessment process. You should confirm coverage with your plan’s provider in advance; I can provide CPT service codes to help with this.
