UF Student Resources
CWC's Coping with ADHD group: "Coping with ADHD is a skill-based group for UF students who have been diagnosed with ADHD and would like to gain additional skills in managing every-day tasks while sharing their experiences with other students in a safe and supportive environment." To potentially join, you'll need to make a referral consultation appointment to get referred to it: https://counseling.ufl.edu/services/online-scheduling/ General CWC Groups info is at https://counseling.ufl.edu/services/groups/
GatorWell's Wellness Coaching can be pursued by filling out the form here: https://gatorwell.ufsa.ufl.edu/services/wellness-coaching/ You'd likely indicate either "time management and prioritization" or "study and testing skills" then let them know it's ADHD related once you meet.
