Before You Reach Out

A few things worth knowing before using this list.

  • Report weight varies by credential. Some providers listed here are LCSWs or LMHCs, not licensed psychologists. Their reports are valid for many purposes, but may not be accepted for SSI/SSDI disability claims, some university accommodation offices, or workplaces that require a licensed psychologist's signature. Notes are included on each card where this is relevant.

  • Verify before committing. Telehealth availability, pricing, and provider capacity change frequently. Always confirm current openings and make sure the report format will meet your specific needs before paying.

  • Insurance can change everything. Several providers here accept insurance in select states. Even one covered visit can dramatically reduce out-of-pocket cost. Always ask about insurance first.
